Highway A1 Naples – Milan, exit in Valdichiana. Continue towards Siena until you get to Rapolano Terme. Rapolano Terme exit after 200 meters turn left. At the stop signal, turn left again. Follow the road until it becomes white, along approximately 1 km (gravel road) continuing as per instructions reaching Podere Santa Maria.
